The convenience to the main street shops/restaurants. Very quaint.

Shower water pressure was insufficient to engage the showerhead.

My second stay at this delightful little hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, quiet, quaint, lovely.

    Position

No coffee maker or hair dryer. Just one very small pece of soap for use in both bathroom and washbasin. 2 out of 4 light bulbs gone in central light fitting. Could do with a bit more attention to the needs of guests. Breakfast in hotel opposite was great.

Very friendly staff with comfortable rooms and good diners/entertainment in the area.

Additional tax added to price of room at check in.

Quaint counrty cottage style room - a bit on the small side but OK Breakfast provided across the road in a B&B - was basic but OK - able to take some muffins and banana's with us for the next part of our trip.

We booked a Queen size room and upon arrival was told she only had a very small size room with a double bed available. That was not what we booked and paid for. Than we were offered a King size in the b&b across the street (for the same price) The b&b did not have Wifi, The only reason I chose this location was that it had WIFI,the b&b did not have Wifi. I needed to walk across the street to the other building to get connected to the weak, very weak signal. Sitting outside someone else's room to get on the internet is not what I thought I was paying for. Photos on Booked.net misrepresent, the Hotel. It is actually much smaller than photos appear.

The whole room was very cosy and with a lot of love for detail. Beautifully furbished bathroom. If you have stayed in motel-chains a lot this is great and refreshing. Very clean, very comfortable. The location in Williams is perfect for trips to and around the Grand Canyon if you don't want to spend too much money. Breakfast across the street in another motel that is equally friendly. We would definitely go there again.

They don't have a hairdryer but that's not really a negative point, is it?

We would not recommend Room 8 to anyone. When we arrived, we were told that they needed to change the room that they didn't have any queens left, only a full but we could go to the hotel across the street which must also be run by them. The person then hinted that that was what I got for making the reservation on the internet. We have NEVER, EVER, NEVER spent a more uncomfortable night. The room was so small that you couldn't move around to even watch tv. The bed was HORRIBLE, UNCOMFORTABLE and downright bad. They need to change the mattress... if the mattress had been comfortable, it wouldn't have been a problem but it felt OLD. I would NOT recommend this room, nor would I take the chance and recommend the hotel to anyone.

Perfect place to stay on the road to grand canyon. Williams it's on route 66 so you'll enjoy your stay there. The motel is more like a b&b with breakfast served. Staff is nice and rooms confortable and friendly. Clean.

Staff very friendly, relationship like a bed&breakfast, Beautiful house like a doll's house and good breakfast. Directly on route 66 and Williams is like you immagine cowboys city. No problem if you tell her that you arrive later, she will leave your key in an envelope in front door.

We founds three little bugs in our room.

The stile and decoration of the hotel. The friendly hotel staff.

    Poor breakfast

    Perfect location.

Room cleaning poor, wireless signal week (although it appears in the web, the motel has not wireless access, it is a public network)

It was a very well maintained, comfortable, and old fashioned atmosphere. Enjoyed staying there.

Our room was on the second floor and climbing the stairs was not fun. Next time I'll book a room on the first floor.

    great staff and location

Management was very accommodating in that we arrived very late and extra measures were taken to ensure that we received the room keys and any paper work could be completed the following morning. The rooms were very clean and fresh with all the normal modern expectations...microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, flat screen TV. Comfortable, quiet, priced right with a fresh continental breakfast. Was a pleasurable stay and would return without hesitation.
